Has an introductory section, plus in-depth sections on the following fields: Border, Cliff, Dipper gap, Ibex, Mantle, Mustang, Owl, Peavy, Rush Creek, Saber, Scarp, Singleton, Sloss, Two Mile and Vedene. Not all of these fields are in Nebraska ... I saw a number in Colorado. (cover rubbed with color transfer) $38 Geologic map of Nebraska. 1950 Nebraska geologic survey. This is either an early version of the map or a much enlarged reproduction, my guess is the later. It looks like a blueprint, with blue lines on a white background. It does not include a scale measurement, but the map sheet is HUGE : about 66” x 42”. It would make a neat wall display. In addition to a large geologic map of the state, it includes a profile, stratigraphic colum, and legend showing the different formations in Tertiary, Permian, Cretaceous and Pennsylvanian. I do not see any current offering of the NGS that appears similar to this map. (Good, lightly tanned with slightly more tanning on the fold lines. Has some minor tears at the double folds. It is in a plain manilla envelope with library labels, the envelope has a tear.) $24 Lime Creek area (2 articles bound together, both by C.
