This is the full bulletin, it looks like they started to number all the bulletins in a “Volume” in one series. Includes Building stones, Directory of Quarrymen, Mill stones, Marl, Iron ores, Mineral Point, Graphite, Garnet, Diatomaceous earth, Peat, Petroleum and illuminating gas, Natural carbonic acid gas, and much more.
